Tracy M. Turner
is an associate attorney with our firm. Tracy earned her
undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Colorado. While at
Colorado, Tracy was a four year letter winner for the women's tennis team earning
Big 12 Conference Commissioners Honor Roll each year. Mrs. Turner went on to
earn her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2010.
Prior to joining the firm, Tracy worked at a civil litigation firm, focusing primarily on real estate and contract litigation.

Ken Bailey is our Chief Operating Officer. Ken brings a comprehensive perspective to his leadership role, having previously led other well known companies in key executive positions. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Business Management and Finance, Ken joined Enterprise Rent a Car, and over an 18 year tenure helped develop the company into a nationally recognized industry leader. His final position of Regional Vice President allowed him to oversee all aspects of operations, business development, and pioneering customer focused initiatives that resulted in one of the fastest growing companies in the country. Ken’s passion for working in entrepreneurial environments then led him to successful executive management roles in commercial real estate, culminating in him serving as Vice President of Operations and on the Board of Directors for Fischer & Company prior to joining our firm in 2009.
Cynthia Partin joined our firm in January 2013 as a Paralegal. She has assisted top Texas firms in legal assistant and paralegal positions since 1983. Cynthia has experience in the areas of property tax appeals, business & commercial litigation, insurance defense, product liability litigation and toxic tort litigation. In addition to attending trials, depositions, meeting with clients, and assisting attorneys with witness preparation, she has also managed large, complex litigation involving multiple parties, extensive discovery and detailed document management. Cynthia obtained her paralegal certificate from SMU and graduated with honors in 1983 from Bish Mathis Institute in Longview, Texas.
