Richard Bischoff

Richard L. Bischoff is the owner of Law Office of Richard L. Bischoff and is of counsel to the law firm of Brusniak | Blackwell PC. Richard is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Business Administration and an honors graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law. He has taken and passed the bar exam for three states. Before starting his own firm in 1991, Richard was an Associate in two Dallas law firms, Vial Hamilton Koch & Knox and Arter & Hadden. Richard also practiced after graduation with the Midland law firm of Boyd, Sanders, Wade, Cropper & Prothro. A trial lawyer for 16 years, Richard has represented taxpayers in El Paso County for six years. Richard is an officer in the local trial lawyers group and has spoken at several seminars on topics ranging from the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act to Modern Legal Researching. A native El Pasoan, his grandparents moved to El Paso almost 100 years ago.
