Rick Duncan

Rick L. Duncan is an associate with the law firm of Brusniak | Blackwell PC.  Mr. Duncan is a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Texas Tech School of Law in 2001 where he was an editor for the Texas Tech Journal of Texas Administrative Law and authored an article for the Journal titled, No More Secrets: How recent changes by the Texas Legislature have made it easier to access public records.  Rick is admitted to practice in Texas and before the  U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
