Jennifer Keierleber, CMI,
is a tax consultant with Brusniak | Blackwell, PC. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of North Texas where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Jennifer has over nine years of experience in the property tax and valuation field. Prior to Brusniak | Blackwell, PC, she was a Manager for the Dallas office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She is experienced in both real and personal property tax issues. Her expertise includes a wide array of property types including office complexes, multi-family, industrial/manufacturing, retail properties, corporate headquarters.
Jennifer is licensed as a Property Tax Consultant in the State of Texas. She is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, where she holds the
CMI designation. She also serves as Trustee for the North Texas Association of Assessing Officers.
